We offers two levels of support in analytic products. The most common level of support is the Knowledge Base which is free for all to access. The next level of support is premium support, where customers have a three tier support level service. Tier One is email support where a dedicated team of support engineers will answer your questions or point you into the direction of relevant knowledge base articles as required; Tier Two is made up of a one to one discussion via Web Chat and Tier Three is a dedicated engineer on the end of the phone to ask your questions.

We supports a major number of analytic products, these include WebTrends, Indextools, Google Analytics, Speed-Trap and others.
