Iain is a former employee of WebTrends and comes with over 10 years experience of using Web Analytic products. In the past, Iain has worked for WebTrends, covering Europe, Middle East and Africa, supporting customers and partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction was achieved.
He also covered many business roles, including Technical Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant and headed up the Training department for 2 years, before moving on to advance his career prospects.
